Justin Bieber greets a friend while attending the Bungalow 8, Worldview Entertainment, & The Weistein Company Party held during the 2014 Cannes Film Festival on Sunday (May 18) in Cannes, France.

Earlier in the night, the 20-year-old entertainer showed off his suit and mustache on Instagram, captioning the pic, “Lord knows.”
