Marion Cotillard's Dress Brings All Eyes to Her Back at 'Two Days, One Night' Cannes Premiere!

Marion Cotillard sports a bold dress while attending the premiere of her latest film Two Days, One Night during the 2014 Cannes Film Festival on Tuesday (May 20) in Cannes, France.

The 38-year-old French actress was joined on the red carpet by directors Jean-Pierre Dardenne, Luc Dardenne, and co-star Fabrizio Rongione.

Earlier in the day, Marion received a kiss on the cheek from both her directors at the photo call.

“They offered me everything I had ever dreamt about in terms of the relationship between a director and an actor — two directors, in this case — because we went into the tiniest details, and we tried everything to go beyond the work, to go beyond acting. They pushed me there, and I was so happy to go there with them,” Marion recently shared to Variety about working with Jean-Pierre and Luc.

FYI: Marion is wearing a Dior dress and Chopard jewels.

    She’s wearing Dior.

  • Chloe

I didn’t like the back of the dress, but she looks beautiful anyway!

  • Anne

    She looks great!
Hey Jared, when are you gonna add “Oscar winner” following Cotillard’s name? you do that to your talentless darlings who never won an Oscar, but everytime they have a thread here, you add “Oscar nominated” in the description… Curious!

  • Isabel

    A true french beauty!

  • Ellen

I prefer the dress she wore at last year’s festival, but I like when she goes for something unusual. I love her hair.

  • Samantha

Not even Dior and their awful dresses can make Marion look bad!

  • L

She gets best actress or the movie gets palme d’or.

  • Johnny

Her performance in the film is the more praised of the festival until now.

  • Alex

@L: Is one of these two options since Cannes always give awards to the films by the Dardenne brothers.

  • Candy

Speaking about eyes, she has beautiful and expressive eyes! they got my attentiion for the first time in Inception. She has a very expressive look in ‘The Immigrant’ as well, not to mention her other films.

  • Jack S.

    Yee Haw, it’s Rodeo time!!!

  • Lea

    She looks fine!

  • Kelly

    One of my favorite actresses.

  • nathalie

The shoes are dreadful and don’t go with the dress which is not that great either, the back of the dress is particularly awful, it looks like a trash bag.

  • L

The movie has the highest score by the critics, and they’re saying her acting in the film is the best of the festival so far.

  • Camille

@L: I’m rooting for the first option!

  • Alex

@L: I heard the film got a standing ovation at the screening as well.

  • Tyuy

    yuk, her hair!

  • Jack

her style and hair are always terrible, she dresses like a little girl when she’s pushing 40. she has issues with identity

  • Mel

She doesn’t want her son to be an actor and she comes from a family of non successful actors. i think her family is fvcked up just like her.

  • L

    lol try-harder

  • L

say wtf you want, girl’s still kicking.

  • Jack

@L: nah, she should try harder to look her age other than trying to try to dress up as if she was a little girl. I think something is wrong with her brain. She doesn’t want to grow old. And she is a narcissistic woman.

  • Marcus

@Jack: yeah, she does always act and dress like she is 12 or 14 years old, I’ve noticed that too. But she’ll soon be 40 so I guess she’ll only look more ridiculous as times passes by if she keeps dressing like a teenager.

  • Julie

@L: Ignore this loser! she is an old troll here and the only think that makes her happy is when someone replies her moronic comments! She’s just a jealous person with a sad and empty life and a very very damaged brain! let her talking with herself!

  • Stergios

What an amazing woman! Not only is she the greatest actress of all time, she’s also one of the most gorgeous stars on the planet. God!

  • Bart

She Plays the same annoying, woe is me character in every film.

  • Guy

Oh no, here she is again. Marion the attention whooore!

  • Nicholas

Her face is ugly and she suckkked big time in batman,

  • L

Look at the troll switching names rofl

  • go away

WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU? why are you hating on her? ugh get a life

  • Edward

Oh man, she sure is an ego maniac, fame hungry woman.

  • Stergios

She is undoubtedly the greatest actress of all time and should have won both for “Rust and bone” and “The Immigrant”. It’s unbelievable that she hasn’t won her second Oscar yet. Totally unbelievable. I can’t even image of her being snubbed again at the Oscars 2015 for “Two Days, One Night” or leaving this year’s Cannes Festival empty-handed. In the history of mankind, there has never been an actress of Cotillard’s tremendous acting skills. She is the most fearless, the most versatile, the most astonishing actress ever to walk on this planet. She’s the goddess of cinema. And just breathtakingly beautiful, as these photos prove once again.
