Rumer Willis shows off her new bright pink hair while leaving the Andy LeCompte Salon on Tuesday afternoon (May 20) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 25-year-old actress spent nearly four hours in the salon and was there so long that she actually came outside to find a parking ticket.
