Chris Brown has been released early from jail!

The 25-year-old entertainer was released at 12:01 a.m. Monday (June 2) from a Los Angeles County jail, Los Angeles Sheriff’s deputy Tony Moore told The Associated Press.

Chris was actually sentenced to a year behind bars, but got credit for 116 days he spent in rehab, and another 59 days behind bars.

Chris had been in custody since mid-March, after he was dismissed from a Malibu facility where he was receiving treatment for anger management, substance abuse and issues related to bipolar disorder. He subsequently admitted a probation violation over an altercation last year outside a Washington, D.C. hotel.

“Humbled and Blessed,” Chris wrote on his Twitter account. “Back to the Music and the Fans. Thank you GOD.”
