Donald Sterling Agrees to Sell the Clippers, Drops Lawsuit Against NBA

Donald Sterling has finally agreed to sell the Los Angeles Clippers to former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer for the record price of $2 billion, his attorney confirmed to the Associated Press.

The attorney said that Sterling “has made an agreement with the NBA to resolve all their differences” and he has approved the deal that his wife Shelly negotiated to sell the team.

Donald has dropped the lawsuit against the NBA, in which he was suing for $1 billion, alleging that his constitutional rights were violated by relying on information from an “illegal” recording that publicized his racist remarks. The suit will be dismissed.
