Susan Sarandon & Jonathan Bricklin's Relationship is a Work in Progress!

Susan Sarandon rests on her beau Jonathan Bricklin‘s leg for a feature in Porter magazine’s latest issue, out on newsstands on Friday (June 6)!

Here’s what the 67-year-old actress had to share with the mag:

On her relationship with Jonathan: “I don’t think he would describe us as a couple. We don’t live together. I don’t know what you would call that. That’s kind of what is so great about it. It’s a work in progress, I guess you would say.”

On her tendency to question the status-quo: “I got in trouble in third grade in a Catholic grammar school because they were telling us that the only way that you were really married was in the Catholic Church. And I said, ‘Well, if Jesus didn’t make that up ’til later, how were Joseph and Mary married?’”

On the importance of love: “If something spectacular is happening and the sunset is profound, that’s when I want to share this with someone. It doesn’t have to be Jonathan. It could be one of my kids. I just want someone I love to be part of this.”
