Emmy Rossum Talks Learning Life Lessons From William H. Macy in THR's Latest Issue

Emmy Rossum steps out for the American Express And Uber Mobile Loyalty Program Launch held at Hudson Mercantile on Tuesday evening (June 10) in New York City.

The 27-year-old actress wore a Monique Lhuiller dress with Jimmy Choo heels and Kwait jewels for the event before heading off to JFK airport the next day for a flight back to Los Angeles.

Emmy is featured alongside Orange Is The New Black‘s Taylor Schilling, Big Bang Theory‘s Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting, The Mindy Project‘s Mindy Kaling and more in the newest issue of The Hollywood Reporter.

“[William H.] Macy is not afraid to ask our crewmembers, ‘Did you think that was funny?’ And that’s kind of the best lesson: It doesn’t matter where a good idea comes from,” Emmy dished in the feature about life lessons.

She added, “The most moving thing is when a crewmember who maybe hasn’t said two words to me ever comes up to me after a scene and goes, ‘You know what? That was really good.’ That will make me feel like a 100 million bucks because they see it all day, every day for 30 years.”
