Who Are The New Baddies Coming For 'Arrow' Season Three?

A ton of new spoilers for Arrow season three just hit the world wide web — and JJ couldn’t be more excited.

TVLine reports that we’ll get four new characters when the hit show returns this fall on The CW. Check them out below:

“Daniel” is said to be a “major recurring character” and “is a handsome, enigmatic and highly intelligent entrepreneur developing groundbreaking technology.” Word has it that he’ll have enough charm to slip into Felicity’s (Emily Bett Rickards) personal bubble and just enough to tick Oliver (Stephen Amell) off.

We’ll also get a “Seth”, who is “a well-educated criminal with grand ambitions and a knack for chemistry, this potentially recurring character gains power over his enemies by exposing them to a drug that drains their willpower.” Nice!

The new recurring character of “Toshi” and “Akiko” will appear in Hong Kong flashbacks.
