Shia LaBeouf steps out of a residence with a pal with a smile on his face on Monday (June 30) in Los Angeles.

The 28-year-old actor was spotted the next day grabbing a cup of coffee in the morning before reportedly heading to a rehabilitation group meeting.

These pictures come about as rumors surfaced that Shia had entered rehab. It is apparent that Shia is not in rehab, but apparently seeking help after his recent arrest.

Shia plead not guilty to charges this past week after being arrested during a performance of Cabaret.
