'Transformers 4' Has Grossed More in China Than the U.S.
Mark Wahlberg wears a Five Four t-shirt for the second day in a row while heading out to lunch at E Baldi with a friend on Wednesday afternoon (July 2) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
The 43-year-old actor’s Transformers: Age of Extinction co-star Nicola Peltz was spotted the day before while arriving at JFK Airport on a flight from Europe.
It was just announced that Transformers is being out-grossed in the United States by China, according to Variety.
The movie has made $121 million in its first five days at the domestic box office while it has grossed $134.5 million in China in the same time frame. This is definitely something the studio was banking on since they decided to film half of the movie in the country in hopes of taking advantage of the booming market there.
