Transformers' Nicola Peltz Wants to Go to College: 'It's Important'

Nicola Peltz strikes a pose in another chic outfit while attending the special screening of her new movie Affluenza on Wednesday (July 9) at the SVA Theater in New York City.

The 19-year-old actress, who recently played the female lead in Transformers: Age of Extinction, was joined at the premiere by her co-stars Gregg Sulkin, Ben Rosenfield, and Ryan Vigilant.

Nicola chatted with Vanity Fair about her plans for the future.

“My parents are definitely firm believers in me going to college, and I want to go. I think it’s important,” Nicola said.

FYI: Nicola is wearing Louis Vuitton to the screening. She is wearing a Fendi dress and shoes with Bulgari jewelry for the Vanity Fair photo.

    Smart girl.

They all say that. Only a few ever make it through on time, like Natalie Portman who did it in 4 straight years. Even Claire Danes ended up quitting.

I know this sounds bad, but I have such a hard time liking her due to her awful role and acting in Transformers 4

Smart “announcement”, considering how Rosie … something’s career took off after the last movie. Or where are Megan Fox and Scarlett Johannson are today. Be honest: if it weren’t for Marvel, things would arguably be very different.

(Not being spiteful here, she isn’t the first beautiful woman who was in one of Bay’s movies and then tried to move on. I’m not in the industry, not rooting for anyone there really… just observing from outside.)

@NYC: doesn’t help that she’s the daughter of a billionaire either. seems like she was handed things cause of her money, connections, and in Michael Bay’s case, her looks. pretty sure if her acting was good, she’d treat her academics the same way. I don’t see her trying in college and will continue doing acting until her looks wear off. that’s usually the case for actresses that only rely on their looks and not focus on their lack of talent. her acting was really bad in this movie.

Omg, a young starlet who actually WANTS to pursue an education. I like her more now.
