Lena Headey shows off her rock hard abs in a bikini while hanging by the water at her hotel on Wednesday (July 16) in Ischia, Italy.

The 40-year-old actress, who plays Cersei Lannister on the hit show Game of Thrones, was joined by a male companion for their dip in the water.

The day before, Lena was seen arriving on the island of Ischia to celebrate the 2014 Ischia Global Film and Music Festival.
