That same day, the 28-year-old actress’ co-star Zosia Mamet was spotted leaving the set of Girls to grab some lunch nearby during her break.

That same evening, Lena took to her Twitter to bring up conversations about birth control.

“I need birth control because I have endometriosis and it helps manage pain. Why do you?,” Lena tweeted. “Love hearing all your reasons for using birth control. And guess what?
