Joaquin Phoenix In Talks to Play Superhero Doctor Strange in Upcoming Marvel Film!

Joaquin Phoenix is in talks to star in Marvel’s upcoming Doctor Strange movie as the title character, Variety reports.

The 39-year-old actor is far from confirmed for the role, but is in early talks for the superhero role in the upcoming film.

Doctor Stephen Vincent Strange aka Doctor Strange is one of the most famous superheroes in the Marvel cannon, as his fans describe him as “the mightiest magician in the cosmos.”

Doctor Strange will hit theaters in July, 2016.
