Nolan Gerard Funk shows off his ripped abs while shirtless in this brand new feature for the July/August 2014 issue of L’Uomo Vogue!

Here’s what the 27-year-old actor had to share with the mag:

On varying the characters he plays: To act you have to be flexible and able to channel different stages of your life.

On music: Music gives me great strength, it makes me feel everything deeply. Sometimes all I want is to lose myself in a song. Music allows me to channel different energies, just like acting.

On the future: I’d like to be in a biography and shoot a movie in Europe. I’m anxious to continue exploring the darker sides of this craft.
