Lea Michele & Boyfriend Matthew Paetz Hold Hands on a Hike!

Lea Michele holds hands with her boyfriend Matthew Paetz during a hike on Saturday afternoon (August 2) in Los Angeles.

The couple stopped at Lemonade to have lunch with their friends after the hike. Matthew proved he is a gentleman by opening the car door for Lea!

“Thank you so much @OurDailyRed for sending me this yummy organic red wine! It’s my fav!” Lea tweeted that afternoon.

“I always feel best after I work out. It boosts my endorphins and wipes away any stress. So knowing how good I’m going to feel is always what motivates me,” Lea recently told Organic Spa magazine about what motivates her to work out.
