Marilyn Burns Dead - 'Texas Chainsaw Massacre' Star Dies at 65

Marilyn Burns, the star of 1974 horror film Texas Chainsaw Massacre, has died at the age of 65.

“She was found unresponsive by a family member this morning in her Houston, TX area home,” the actress’ rep said in a statement to E! News. “Her family asks for privacy at this time. Further details will be released later.”

The cause of death is currently unknown. An autopsy will be performed on Marilyn‘s body by the Medical Examiner’s Office in Houston.

During her career, Marilyn appeared in Eaten Alive, TV mini-series Helter Skelter, and made cameos in the 1994 and 2013 reboots of Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

Why was THAT PICTURE chosen??? REALLY…that’s THE PICTURE that they came up with??? TOTALLY TACKY!!!!! Anyway, REST IN PEACE Marilyn Burns. Amen.
