'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice' Moves Release Date to March 2016

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice has officially moved up its release date from May 2016 to March 25, 2016, Deadline reports!

Originally set for May 6, 2016, the film will now avoid competition with one big competitor.

The date switch will help the DC movie avoid Marvel film Captain America 3, which seems to be sticking with original release date of May 6, 2016.

Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, and many more.

The sequel must suck if they’re already scared of the competition. I look forward to see Cap 3 instead.

Is anyone really surprised that it would be Batman v Superman that would back down and movie there release date? Im certainly not lol, Marvel are so strong competition wise right now and Cap 3 would safely/easily blow away this disaster of a movie lol. Bring on Cap 3! I cant wait!

Kinda embarrassing that WB tried some big ego move and ended up having to take it back six months later. The pissing contest didn’t last long. Marvel you win but at least they’ll both make more bucks.

I always thought if they made dc and marvel comics, I really though DC was gonna do the better job with Justice League. I’m surprised Avengers surpassed them much farther, time can only tell what the fate this movie would be.

I like DC, I do. But every decision they making for this film is just terrible.

They didn’r back away Because of Cap 3.BvS would easily wreck Cap 3.I think they did because of their newly announced DC films. They had to distance it from the August 2016 DC Films.

    And Cavill>>>>Evan really…

    Vendetta Chronicles Says:

I didn’t like the Man Of Steel film with Henry Cavill at all. I didn’t feel that it honored Superman like the previous films did. Hopefully this Superman vs Batman film gets a better script.

I KNEW they would cave. March?? Marvel is too much for them to handle.

Well Henry Cavill is a stiff actor and Affleck is not any better. I’m sure them together must be horrible.
