Find Out How Pippa Middleton Maintains Energy With Her Diet

Pippa Middleton shows off her toned legs while stepping out for a lunch with a friend on Thursday (August 7) in London, England.

Last weekend, the 30-year-old younger sister of the Duchess of Cambridge was spotted flashing a smile while spending time with UKSA sailors during Aberdeen Asset Management in Cowes, Isle of Wright.

“To maintain energy I try to eat more protein, particularly fish or chicken,” Pippa recently shared to Hello magazine (via E!). “A lot of people swear by carb-loading in the run-up to an event but it doesn’t really work for me, so I just up my protein intake.”

    Personally I think a high protein diet is ageing. I think Pippa and Kate do look older than they have to look (Pippa looks like she loves the sun, in addition). I know their family’s fond of the Durkan diet or some other high protein diet.
    I don’t see the problem with carbs as long as you eat in moderation and choose good carbs like quinoa. high protein diets ending up biting you on the butt when you’re a little older (high cholesterol, kidney problems, leaches calcium from bones etc).
