OMG! I truly loved this man and can’t believe he has left this earth. I hope he finds the comfort (may he rest in peace) he deserves for bringing so much laughter and joy to so many of us in this old world.

The world has lost its most brilliant improvisational comedian and also a heck of a great actor to boot. This story is simply shocking and unexpected and it goes to show that no amount of monetary fortune, fame, or fanbase can keep alive someone who already feels dead inside. Furthermore no peace can be had without JesusChrist who told us that only He can give us true peace and fulfillment unlike the temporary, unsatisfying empty happiness this world offers

@Andy: Well said, well said indeed. (Especially that last part about our Lord, that’s so very true especially in this day and age!)

With Robin Williams gone, no Mrs. Doubtfire 2. He was the only one who could have played the part. and I will be seeing all 4 of his up coming movies.

His death was such a shock. I just wonder if he knew how much he was loved by so many? He made us laugh, but could not make him self happy. It is so sad that he felt for what ever reason, that this was his only way to end the pain & demons he was dealing with. He will be miss greatly.

My prayers go out to his family at this time.

I have suffered from severe depression all of my life. I can connect with the hopeless one feels that it will never get better. I loved Robin Williams so much that when I found out most of the details I just wanted Jesus to come down and tap me on the shoulder and tell me it was time. He had that special something that connected with peeople that you actually know him. He drew people into him. I just can’t put my finger on it. But it was oh so very special. My heart is still aching but I know he doesn’t feel his pain anymore. Hope to see you someday Robin. until then love and kisses and great big hugs.
