Kaley Cuoco's Personal Trainer Dishes On How to Get Her Amazing Figure

The 28-year-old Big Bang Theory actress and her friends headed to lunch after the invigorating workout.
Kaley‘s trainer George C. King recently dished on all her workout secrets.
“She really likes to work hard,” George told People. “Kaley is interested in her lower body, especially her butt, her legs and her abs. We do a lot of lunges, squat jumps and regular squats, plus leg curls and dead lifts.”
“She also likes to hike outdoors,” George added about Kaley‘s cardio routines. “She’ll pick a place near where she lives and go there with friends.”
