Adam Levine and his wife Behati Prinsloo go shopping for watches on Saturday afternoon (August 16) in West Hollywood, Calif.

It was just announced that the 35-year-old Maroon 5 singer will be producing a new musical series for NBC that will explore the music business in the 1970s.

The show will be a 10-hour event and feature contemporary stars singing classics from the ’70s.

Adam “has been hands-on with song choices and casting current acts to play the iconic artists and rerecord the era’s classics,” according to Billboard.
