Am i the only one that doesn’t like Logan lerman? Watched him in Noah and hate the way he holds his mouth. He is a very annoying actor. Just my opinion not looking to argue.

The above Biblical David Vs. Giant gentile movie sounds very very interesting.
Note the traditional Nazi haircut on Brad Pitt.

Having studied King and movement tactics for the past two years, I just wish that others would look to SELMA template. It’s all right there.

I want to see Brad Pitt in the Ice Bucket Challenge :-)

@bap: I have to agree with you. I find him to be our most over rated actor right now. I used to really like him when he wasn’t so over hyped as an actor. I liked him better when pretty much everybody knew he was a bad but sometimes decent actor. He does choose good roles but he has help with that. This role I see Brad Pitt talking about fighting Germans but I am sure everyone will act like it’s the second coming because that’s what is popular to do with him now.

Having studied King and movement tactics for two years, I never TRULY grasped the magnitude of their focus and organization until Ferguson.

I just read that Angie interview in the last thread. Thanks so much for posting it. What a delightful interview and not one word about her hair. Angie talks about all that other “unimportant” stuff when she could be selling shampoo and toilet water. What the hell is wrong with her? :)

@Joanna: was he challenged? Vin diesal challenged Angelina but she most likely doesn’t even know. LoL

It’s a gray, blue color corrected world, alright. When will that trend die????

Happy Birthday…past, present or future, whenever it may be!

Brad is Nazi killer.

@Cran: reminds me of the first Twilight film.

I love reading Angie’s interviews, she always gives us a little more info about her life with Brad and kids. She is more candid than Brad.

Yes, she is, refreshingly, open and honest. I love the ittle tidbits we get from them like Brad having a shark phobia and French scenes in BTS.

Brad’s such a ***

I just noticed that EoT hasn’t yet reached $100m….on the other hand, Maleficent hit $100m on its 8th day in the theaters.

just sayin @ 08/19/2014 at 3:20 pm

@Saffron:
IIRC Brad has a phobia of Shark is because of the movie JAWS, David Fincher is afraid of shark for the same reason. Brad once tried to overcome his fear of shark, he arranged a meeting with shark under the water, he was in a cage or something.

“Was that your way of saying Ticky’s a poseur “…yes
>>>>>>>>
“Squiggy’s slumming because his family is too intelligent and he needed a break from smart people?”…yes
>>>>>>>>
“ I’m really not going to give too much thought to what level of friendship Ticky has with Steinem.”…no need to…there is no friendship…just a passing connection from afar aka distant acquaintance of an acquaintance LOL.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
“…something to the affect that she “adored” Ticky…”
since we really do not know the exact quotation nor the context of that reference…it’s all speculation…adore could mean so many things…I know of a woman who has since died who actually was a friend of Steinem…and she once told me that she “adored this one woman’s stident feminism aka she “adored” this woman’s attempt at trying to understand the concept…LOL.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
“…someone as intellectual as Steinem…”
Across the broader spectrum, Steinem is not considered an “intellecutal” …what is really interesting that among other feminist, she is not as respected as the general outside public views her and there is a reason. Even Betty Friedan and Carolyn G. Heilbrun, professor and once head of the dept of English at Columbia and author of The Education of Women”…do not consider Steinem an intellectual, nor do they consider her an appropriate spokes person for the feminist movement since her notoriety came 9 years after Friedan’s book 1963 which became the original trademark for the movement…they consider her an opportunist who took advantage of the movement to promote her own book and her struggling 1972 Ms magazine. Heilbrun considers Steinem a “pseudo-intellectual bimbo” LOL and thinks Steinem’s book “Revolution from Within” more of a “therapy workout” for Steinem to work out her own problems which technically is the antithesis of intellectual aka not guided or developed by or relying on the intellect rather than upon emotions or feelings” which is one of the definitions of “intellect” btw. And they are correct in their criticism of Steinem in that her version of “feminism” was more repetitive about female “self esteem” which would make sense of her “adoration” of JA more palpable…aka JA is also facing self esteem issues which is what Steinem herself went through during the late 1960-s so from that viewpoint, it is understandable why Steinem acquiesces to the “neediness and ramblings of a female lacking in qualities Steinem herself once faced.
There is no doubt Steinem became the “role model” and public spokeswoman especially after her Playboy Bunny stint…some think only because she was the “more pleasing to look at” which had its pros and cons aka it took away the criticism that the women’s movement was a bunch of ugly, dowdy unhappy woman, which was untrue of course but her presence to some at the heart of the movement was distracting to the ‘true purpose and intent’ which was politically women’s equal opportunities, pay and rights and free choice to make decisions without someone telling them can’t. But technically Steinem herself did little in the way of the political movement towards equal opportunity and wages for women…that was up to very powerful feminist like Congresswoman Shirley Chisolm and Bella Abzug who pushed through legislation in the 1970′s but because they were not young, pretty and “white” (apologies to anyone…no offense…Chisolm was a 46 yo assertive black congresswoman and Abzug was a 51 yo ultra liberal New York attorney both who didn’t fit the ideal male concept and subsequently other females who followed the will of men around them…of “feminine female” LOL.
>>>>>>>>>>
re: JA partying with Steinem…quote Camille Paglia, Professor and cultural critic at Univ of Arts, Penn.
“She (Steinem) is a party animal. There isn’t a rich-***** table that woman has not sat at.”
apparently Steinem is a party goer for whatever reason. End of that reference to partying with Aniston LOL.
