Jon Hamm Hopes Justice Will Be Carried Out in Ferguson

Jon Hamm suits up as he heads to BBC One Show on Wednesday afternoon (August 20) in London, England.

Recently, the 43-year-old actor opened up about his view on the turmoil in Ferguson while being honored at the St. Louis Cardinal’s Jon Hamm Bobblehead Night.

“I used to ride my bike to Ferguson. I know people from Ferguson,” Jon told People.

He continued to say: “It’s a bad situation all around. There’s no positive spin to it. When all the facts come out, and hopefully all the light is shone on all sides of it, hopefully justice will be carried out. But it’s hard. It’s really hard. That’s my neighborhood, and I know there’s a lot more good people in those neighborhoods than there are bad people.”

FYI: Jon is wearing a rag & bone suit and shirt.

Ferguson is a dump. Always has been.

The police need less guns and more EDUCATION so they are better at making quick decisions in heated situations. And more non-lethal weapons.

# 4

@Gus: Agree. They (the police) seem to react (with bullets) out of fear than from logically accessing the situation.

Cops are cowards.

Young men should take up more responsibilities and given things to do, these communities need local heroes.

A few days ago he was in St. Louis to throw the pitch at a cardinal’s game and he said squat about what was happening nor did he appear to give a damn about what was happening. Now his partying in St. Louis is over and he is not in st louis and all of a sudden he has a voice. How convenient.
