They have to cancel the show..no one can replace her. If they really want to continue to do the show, maybe Lisa Rinna or even Joan Collins…or both…but it will lose the funny element.

the show was about her, it’d suck otherwise

I think that once enough time has passed, they should bring in a new host. Someone like Kathy Griffin or Chelsea Handler would be suitable. I would personally prefer Griffin over Handler but oh well … that will be up to the network.

They should continue the show as a legacy to Joan. It represents everything that she brought to us when she was alive … sarcastic humor.

Very true. This show should just go away!!

    Cancel It Says:

Are you kidding? Joan WAS the show! Nobody tuned in for those other talentless nobodies. Just cancel it.

OMG…PLEASE don’t cancel. I love Fashion Police. Obviously there is no one in the world that can replace Joan, but eventually the show can go on. Melissa can take her place. Just don’t cancel.

Joan was that show… won’t be the same without her. So sad :(

Kathy Griffin would be a good addition, after all, Joan was a mentor of hers, and she has the same sarcastic humor.

I agree it won’t be the same without her. It would just be a regular show critiquing fashion. There wouldn’t be games or any humor. IF they decide to keep it, I say leave it with the current three and have guest hosts from time to time. Giuliana would probably take over the lead, or like someone else said Melissa.

They should keep the show. I liked watching it for the fashion…I thought Joan was too rude on that show. #KeepFashionPolice #DontCancel

I’m a big fan of the show, but I believe ending it would let it go out on a high note. She was the reason I watched it, not that into fashion, but LOVED her humour. The other 3 can do the red carpet arrivals like they have been.

    Nikki Says:

I didn’t like that woman at all. She was an annoying racist.
Her jokes could be very abrasive and cruel. They weren’t funny.
Robin Williams was a comedian. Joan Rivers was just a b*tch.

This show was about Joan, nobody can replace her, she was the soul of the show… she was the first one to ask Who are you wearing? Without her the show is nothing

Joan was the show. I stopped watching E!’s red carpet coverage after they replaced her. You tuned in for Joan not the celebrities. My mother also suggested Melissa, but it’s still not Joan. But at least the connection is there.

Why can’t someone wortlhess croak, like the black hole of soul sucking energy Angelina Jolie? lol

    Mary Says:

There is no show without her. I’m sure they can come up with something similar but with a different twist. They’ll look like a greedy, uninspired network if they try to force it with a new host.
