Lea Seydoux Snuggles Mascot Kumamon at 'Beauty and The Beast' Japan Premiere!

Lea Seydoux strikes a pose as she hits the red carpet at the premiere of her latest film Beauty and The Beast held at the Hotel Okura Tokyo on Thursday (September 4) in Tokyo, Japan.

The 29-year-old actress was joined by director Christophe Gans as they promoted the flick and posed for fun photographs with popular Japanese mascot Kumamon.

Beauty and the Beast is a 21st century french version of Jean Cocteau‘s 1946 classic, it explores the traditional fairytale story of a merchant caught plucking a rose for his daughter in a Beast’s garden, and who must pay with his life. When his daughter insists on taking his place, she encounters not death but an enchanted castle and a charming Beast.
