Jennifer Aniston keeps it casual in jeans while presenting at the 2014 Stand Up To Cancer telecast held at Dolby Theatre on Friday (September 5) in Hollywood.

“We have to keep rising as one, because cancer keeps going after the ones we love,” the 45-year-old actress shared on the show. “This is just enough. We have the power to change this.”
