Chris Pratt Hosting Saturday Night Live's Premiere with Musical Guest Ariana Grande!

Chris Pratt is set to host the premiere of Saturday Night Live on Saturday (September 27)!

The 35-year-old Guardians of the Galaxy actor will kick off the show’s fortieth season with musical guest Ariana Grande – both Chris and Ariana have never appeared on the show before. Exciting!

The following week on October 4, Sarah Silverman will take on hosting duties alongside musical guest Maroon 5. Sarah is a former SNL writer and performer and had a short stint on the show.

Saturday Night Live has slowly been announcing new writers to the staff this year including comedians Alison Rich, Natasha Rothwell, and others. So far, no new performers have been announced for the upcoming season.
