Pregnant Kate Middleton is Still Ill with Hyperemesis Gravidarum, Cancels Solo Malta Trip

Kate Middleton is still very ill with Hyperemesis Gravidarum and had to cancel her very first solo trip to Malta this upcoming weekend.

“The Duchess of Cambridge will no longer visit Malta this weekend. The Duke of Cambridge will undertake the visit instead #RoyalVisitMalta” the Clarence House Twitter account updated early this morning (September 18). “HRH continues to suffer from Hyperemesis Gravidarum. The decision was taken on the advice of doctors #RoyalVisitMalta”

However, Prince William will step in and go in the Duchess’ place.

“The Duke of Cambridge is honoured to represent The Queen on the visit, which commemorates the 50th anniversary of Malta’s Independence,” the Twitter account concluded.
