Lady Gaga is all covered up while visiting posh neighborhood Nisantasi on Wednesday (September 17) in Istanbul, Turkey.

The 28-year-old entertainer performed for the country for the first time on the artRave: The ARTPOP Ball Tour, which will stop next in Athens.
