Celebrities Tweet Excitement for Derek Jeter's Final Home Game
Derek Jeter had his final home game with the New York Yankees last night and celebs were super excited to support the legendary player!
The 40-year-old baseball player is retiring this season and he played his last game at Yankee Stadium on Thursday (September 25) to a sold-out crowd that showed nothing but love.
Derek helped bring the team to a win over the Baltimore Orioles in the bottom of the ninth inning. His hit brought in a teammate into home plate to score the game-winning run.

Happy Jeter makes me feel young. Happy Jeter hangs above Jax's crib. I'm his dad but I'd be okay if Derek was. Both have beautiful blue eyes
