I’m sure none of the people he’s worked with, including when they were children, probably know nothing. He, no doubt, never touched any of them. To them he probably just always was a nice guy. Most pedophiles are good at hiding it until they get caught.

Whatever was on the tape was private and under investigation.
How could it have leaked? Mr. Collins deserves a full investigation and fair trial about whether it was appropriate or legal for someone in the police dept. to leak it.
If we leaked everything people said and assumed it to be true without an investigation or fair hearing, then a lot of people would get swept up by public witch hunts.
It’s not right. Mr. Collins deserves a fair investigation.

no, good guys don’t touch little girls.
keep your mouth shut. its not a time to defend your old buddy

People have secrets, that’s no surprise. His secret was atrocious, disgusting, vile, and criminal. His victims deserve justice!

    To G

Under the laws of the State of California it’s legal to secretly record conversations to gather evidence the subject committed a violent felony — and molesting children under 14. Therefore nothing Stephen Collins admitted on tape was private.

just last month jj had a post on them meeting with the 7th heaven cast. must be creepy for the cast to know now he was hiding the secret

@G: Um, the NYPD was investigating Collins in 2012. I don’t care HOW it was leaked. The fact is that he confessed to molesting an 11 year old girl. What part of that don’t you get?

  • Melissa

I really wish she would’ve responded No comment when they asked her. Stupid b/c nobody wants to hear how much of a ‘good guy’ he is after what he’s admitted to doing to little girls.

  • Katie L.

Celebs never knock each other even if the evidence is in their faces. One big sick club of perverts.

  • Ugh

Why doesn’t she say something like, “It’s frightening, because he always seemed like such a good guy.” or something to the effect of how men who are good people can also have secretly done things that prove they are not the good person they seem to be?

  • Jill_94

Stephen Collins is a pervert, who only needs to get his well deserved punishment. Why should he receive a fair trail, when he addmitted the awful crime himself and anyone no matter if they are celebs or not should forget that Eric Camden is just a character and the actor who played this character is a real life monster.
I hope the victims of this crime can live their life peacefully on and don’t worry he will pay for what he did. God sees everything!!!

    @Jill_94:
So, if someone you divorced or broke up with had tape of your voice and spliced together a “confession”, that would be evidence of your guilt? We don’t know for sure that this is what happened – but that’s my point. The ex-wife could have set this up to frame him. The fact that she says now she didn’t release it to the press is very suspicious to me. How about we all wait until the tape has been verified as un-doctored, there has been an investigation and charges filed before we hang this guy?

  • G88

By resigning from the Screen Actors Guild he admitted his guilt! If he was innocent he wouldn’t have made a move like that, he would’ve waited to prove his innocence! He didn’t even address it right away, he went to his lawyer first to come up with a plan. Faye was extorting him? Not believable at this point!

EVERY citizen deserves a fair and speedy trial, #11.

That’s not an admittance of anything, #13.

    Let him ROT IN PRISON.
