An All-Female 'Ghostbusters' Movie is Happening - Get the Details!

We’ve been hearing about an all-female Ghostbusters reboot for months and the film has finally been given the go ahead!

“It’s official. I’m making a new Ghostbusters & writing it with @katiedippold & yes, it will star hilarious women. That’s who I’m gonna call.” Paul Feig, director of Bridesmaids, tweeted just a few minutes ago!

Katie Dippold is famous for writing the Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy comedy The Heat.

The original Ghostbusters included parapsychologists Dr. Peter Venkman (Bill Murray), Dr. Raymond Stanz (Dan Aykroyd), and Dr. Egon Spengler (Harold Ramis).

An all female Ghostbusters gives us so much amazing lady-casting to look forward to in the future!
