Chrissy Teigen is stunning in a hot pink dress while attending the 2014 FGI Night of Stars event held at Cipriani Wall Street on Thursday (October 23) in New York City.

The 28-year-old supermodel was joined by Victoria’s Secret models Hilary Rhoda and Selita Ebanks.

Earlier in the day, Chrissy quit Twitter after receiving death threats following her tweet about the shooting in the Canadian capital of Ottawa.

“I feel sick. Bye Twitter. Taking my talents to instagram,” Chrissy tweeted.

    easy: JUST DON’T START!!

I’m sorry she was threatened, but it’s probably better that she’s off Twitter. I wonder if she’ll come back later though. Some people are addicted to it.

The people who are issuing death threats against those who dare to take away their guns are exactly those who shouldn’t be carrying one.

  • Vy Nguyen

    LOL talents. What talents?

  • Tanya

I don’t know much about her… but I think its quite sad that people would go as far as to wish death upon someone, not just her, but anyone in general. I mean how good do you feel to say that to someone else?

“supermodel” my arse… not particularly attractive… definitely vacuous & absolutely talentless

I am not condoning the death threats but her comments were ill-timed, the shooting in Canada was just playing out on TV. I have no sympathy for her because this is what she does all the time, she ill-times her idiotic comments and when the controversy starts she can’t seem to stay in the kitchen an take the heat. This girl needs to grow up.

So it’s okay to receive threats against her life? You’re an inane piece of trash if you think that. Her comments, although ill-timed, were spot on. And the reactions from people that wished her harm prove the validity of her statement. Americans are so use to violence and numb to it that instead of just saying “Chrissy that was bad timing and not nice”, they wished for ISIS to behead her, someone wished for her to be gutted. She’s right. American’s have become the new form of terrorists on social media. Spewing hate and harm. It’s ridiculous and the fact that you condone such behavior makes me wonder how your mental state is.

sky just said that he/she doesn’t agree with the death threats. it’s literally the first thing in the comment. you can think the death threats were wrong while also thinking what she said is wrong.

How do you quit twitter without deleting it? Because your taking a break from twitter, not quitting it!
