Where is the Black Widow movie?

I would love to see a Black Widow movie. I am all about females kicking butt and still keeping it feminine but IMO I dont think SJ really does the character any justice. She is just not that believable or has a strong enough screen presence to command an entire movie. Hey, but that’s just me.
