    ‘Honey shortage in Australia’ and honey in tea is nice with some lemon juice, good for colds as same with a humidifier loaded with eucalyptus oil and/or tea tree oil.
    You can take honey from Nz anywhere but no other honey is allowed in Nz. I think Italian Queen bees have been used to make good honey there.

    Milk with tea can turn into a ‘rotten’ protein which can lead to heart attacks with older English men, I personally like the ‘cafe’ soy milk or Vita-Soy calci-plus.
    In winter some of my favorite soups are chicken soup and my own ‘Space Zoop’ I like to call it.
