Gabriel Aubry Steps Out After Ex Halle Berry Takes Him to Court Over Daughter Nahla's Hair

Gabriel Aubrey steps out to run some errands on Wednesday (November 26) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 39-year-old model has been in another legal dispute with his ex Halle Berry over their daughter Nahla‘s hair.

Gabriel reportedly wanted to straighten and lighten the six-year-old child’s hair and this upset Halle because she charged he was trying to make their daughter appear more white, TMZ reports. Halle took Gabriel to court earlier in the week and a judge ruled that neither party could alter Nahla‘s hair from its natural state.

This is not the first time that Gabriel and Halle have disputed. Halle‘s husband Olivier Martinez and Gabriel famously got into a fist fight on Thanksgiving two years ago.
