Kate Middleton & Prince William Brave the Rain & Pay Their Respects at the 9/11 Memorial

Prince William and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge (aka Kate Middleton) arrive at the National September 11 Memorial to lay a wreath and have a moment of silence at the reflecting pools on Tuesday morning (December 9) in New York City.

The royal couple braved the torrential rain to continue their tour of New York City after having a packed 24 hours the day before.

So far while in New York City, the Duke and Duchess have met Hilary, Bill and Chelsea Clinton, Beyonce, Jay Z, and LeBron James, and not to mention Prince William met the President Barack Obama!
