Bill Cosby Breaks Silence to Send Message to 'Black Media'

Bill Cosby has opened up about the media frenzy surrounding his sexual assault allegations.

The 77-year-old actor spoke with the New York Post over the phone, but chose not to specifically address the case itself.

“Let me say this. I only expect the black media to uphold the standards of excellence in journalism and when you do that you have to go in with a neutral mind,” he said.

When asked how his marriage is holding up, Cosby said, “Love and the strength of womanhood. Let me say it again, love and the strength of womanhood. And, you could reverse it, the strength of womanhood and love.”

He reportedly ended the conversation by saying, “They don’t want me talking to the media.”
