Bradley Cooper Originally Thought Chris Pratt Should Play His 'American Sniper' Role
Bradley Cooper heads out of the subway and to a matinee performance of The Elephant Man on Sunday (December 28) in New York City.
The 39-year-old actor recently opened up about not knowing he could pull off his American Sniper role.
“Initially I thought, ‘There’s no way I could play Chris [Kyle]. I thought Chris Pratt should do it,” Bradley told CBS News.
He continued, “And then I started to get to know him. And there was something about his energy in these interviews that I started watching where I just sort of- there’s something about him. And I thought, ‘Oh, I can tap into that.’”
FYI: Bradley is wearing a Fjallraven jacket and Goodhyouman “Everyday Grateful” beanie.
