I don’t understand, this seems silly. Firstly it’s not a competition, but fine they’ve made it one, no point arguing that. This just seems like a PR thing, the rankings don’t make sense. As some of these people lower on the list are actually involved in or have their own organisation. John legend for one, lebron James with the underprivileged youth, and Olivia wilde whole career at the moment is about trying to effect change. So how do those people who on a day to day basis try to help their fellow man get out ranked by someone like Taylor who just wrote a check who decided to public on gma donated the proceeds of one song ‘Welcome to New York’ so that her song could be ‘the official New York welcoming song’. (Sponsered by master card). I mean it’s not like Sinatra a native new yorker ever wrote a song about new york. That wasn’t charity that was a PR stunted that was actually negotiated by a business!!

I mean I think Beyonce Personifies ‘Pop’ and we love to hate on her. But she gets involved if you look, and doesn’t advertise it. There’s ‘BEYGOOD’, Chime for change, her homeless shelters in houston, protests etc but still that doesn’t out way someone like olivia wilde or alicia keys who have decided to make their careers about trying to making a change. I Honestly think you are meant to look at this and think Oh Taylor Swift and make that association.

What kind of bullshit ranking is this?

Also just looked into a few of the people listed history.
And with all this whose the better feminist shit going on, funny enough. Beyonce is the only one on the list who actively plays a role. Emma gave a speech and that was it. Beyonce, Olivia Wilde, Angelina, Selma Hayek, Alicia Keys and many more have been involved and funded schemes across the globe to educate girls for a few years now.

Happy for Taylor and Beyoncè, but it is strange that Angelina isn’t in this list.
