This 'Celebrity Apprentice' Contestant Got Fired In Part for Not Reaching Out to Bill Cosby

SPOILER ALERT! Do not continue if you haven’t watched tonight’s episode of Celebrity Apprentice.

Keshia Knight Pulliam, best known for playing Rudy Huxtable on The Cosby Show, was fired from Celebrity Apprentice this evening after being admonished for not requesting Bill Cosby‘s help in donating money for the episode’s challenge.

The challenge required that the celeb contestants contact their rich friends to raise money for a bake sale. Keshia was her team’s project manager, and despite her team asking her to contact Bill, she refused. Bill wasn’t mentioned much after that.

Then, when it was time for the Boardroom, Donald and Ivanka Trump and Piers Morgan questioned her. “Did you call Bill?” Donald asked her, to which she responded that she had not.

“I have not talked to Bill Cosby on the phone in I don’t know how long. So for me to pick up the phone, having not talked to you for five years, except for when we run into each other for a Cosby event– I feel that’s not my place to do,” she said.

“I really believe, if you’d called that gentleman, he would’ve helped you, even if you hadn’t spoken to him in years because you were an amazing team with one of the most successful shows ever. So I think it would’ve been a very good call to make for charity. But you have to take responsibility. I think you agree with that,” Donald responded.

It’s important to note that this was filmed before many of the Cosby rape allegations became very public.

Donald Trump is a miserable specimen of a human being. Another bankruptcy in 3….2….1…

  • inverse137

    what a stupid show.

  • RickFromTexas

The very fact that people pay attention to Donald Trump is a sad statement on the human condition. If he had no money, no one would put up with an idiot who acts like he does.

  • Jess

Read…”She STILL should have asked him for money-goes to charity.” He’s implying that even if she did know about the allegations she STILL should have asked him for money. Perhaps she did know about his behavior and that is why she declined to contact him. My reading comprehension is fine, thanks.

Shame on NBC for whoring themselves out… Imagine being one of the alleged victims and watching that crap…should be ashamed NBC!! FCC should find them for that atrocity and editors should be the real people FIRED!!

  • motun

did he rape you? how do you know he’s a rapist? you have evidence of this? please share

  • motun

Perhaps she was brought up well as a person who is respectful of their elders as some of us lack these days. A respectful person doesn’t just call up someone after a long time and ask for money . charity or not.

  • Jess

So unless I have been raped by him personally I have no business saying anything? What moronic logic. Over TWENTY women have come forward to say that he drugged them/raped them. Are you one of those idiots who thinks they are just doing it to “get famous”? That’s a GREAT ticket to stardom. It’s worked for sooo many others, i.e. no one. I find it very hard to believe that ALL of those women are lying. And even if you think most of them are, all it takes is raping one woman to make him a rapist. He’s not just a rapist, he’s a serial rapist.

if the show was taped prior to the allegations then KNP not wanting to contact BC says a lot in itself

  • chanchansun

Rape allegations was out there for years dude.

  • chanchansun

I agree! I can’t believe how some people still believe these women are lying.

  • Danceroflife

“…before the terrible Bill Cosby revelations came to light…”
