Katy Perry & NFL's J.J. Watt Pose Together on ESPN's Music Issue Cover
Here’s what the 30-year-old entertainer and 25-year-old NFL star had to share:
Katy, on showing her friends JJ’s bloody picture from one of his games: “I went straight to Google. I’ve been showing it to my friends, saying, ‘Check out this guy. I’m gonna be shootin’ with this guy.’”
J.J., on learning his touchdown dance from Justin Timberlake: “I was with Justin Timberlake, and he taught me an end zone dance. I said, ‘Hey, you’re obviously a very good dancer. Could you design me a touchdown dance so I don’t look like a fool?’ And he said, ‘Yeah, no problem.’ So I need to get back in the end zone so I can give Justin his tribute.”
Katy, on performing at the Super Bowl halftime show: “Honestly? I feel like I’ve outdreamt my dream. I don’t get nervous about much, but I’ll definitely be a little tingly inside that day.”
