'Power Ranger' Ricardo Medina Jr. Arrested for Murder, Stabs Roommate with Sword

Ricardo Medina Jr. has been arrested for allegedly stabbing his roommate to death with a sword, according to TMZ.

The 37-year-old actor, who is best known for playing the Red Ranger on 2002′s Power Rangers Wild Force and the voice of Deker on Power Rangers Samurai, was arrested on Saturday afternoon (January 31) in Palmdale, Calif.

Ricardo got into a fight with his roommate, but decided to just go in his bedroom with his girlfriend. The roommate, Joshua Sutter, forced his way into the bedroom and the actor retaliated by stabbing him once in the abdomen.

Ricardo called 911 after the incident and when cops arrived on the scene, he was arrested and booked for murder. He is currently in jail and bail has been set at $1 million. Joshua was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead.
