Big congratulations to Billie Lourd – she just landed a role on the upcoming Fox series Scream Queens, according to Deadline.
The 22-year-old actress is a graduate of NYU’s acting program and she comes from a long family line of entertainment industry stars. Her parents are Star Wars actress Carrie Fisher and CAA managing director Bryan Lourd. Her grandmother is Debbie Reynolds.
Billie will be joined by a star-studded cast in the series that includes Jamie Lee Curtis, Lea Michele, Emma Roberts, Joe Manganiello, and Abigail Breslin.
The series is about a college campus that is rocked by a series of murders and it was created by Glee‘s Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk, and Ian Brennan. The show will debut in the fall.
