Grammys 2015 Ratings Down Slightly From Last Year's Show

The 2015 Grammys aired live last night on CBS and ratings dropped slightly from last year’s broadcast.

This year’s show, which featured performances by Beyonce, Rihanna, Kanye West, and more, brought in 26.2 million viewers, which is considered comparable with the 29.7 million viewers from last year’s telecast, THR reports.

The 2014 show had a 9.9 rating among adults 18-49, and early demos are giving this year’s show an 8.8 rating.

There was a lot of competition in both this year and last year’s telecast – last year the Grammys competed with the NFL Pro Bowl, and this year the highest rated show returned, The Walking Dead.

DID YOU WATCH the Grammys last night??

That’s good news! Grammy’s stop being good over 10 years ago.

I did find that this year awards were more somber and discreet regarding the performances. Like there was not really nothing out of the extraordinary. The artists who performed tone down and gave their shows normal. nothing outrageous or crazy were done. I was even impressed on Lady Gaga who dressed pretty nicely, very formal and with a pretty dress next to Tony Bennet. Even when she was seated on the seats her dress was very formal and classy.
Madonna show well Madona is Madonna but still her performance was not like sensual or very sex explicit, she did her thing but in a more tone down way.

That’s because it sucked. Nothing exciting about it at all. Then you have jerks like you know how messing up. I won’t be watching next year.

Yes! Disappointing… stange awards.I was impressed by the performance of Hozier and Annie Lennox. That’s all.
