Bruce Jenner Not Under Influence of Drugs Or Alcohol at Time of Car Crash

Bruce Jenner was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol during the time of his car accident this past weekend in Malibu, Calif.

“He was balanced out. He wasn’t under the influence. We know that,” one law enforcement source told TMZ about the 65-year-old reality star’s state at the time of the crash.

Police used field sobriety tests, blood tests and observations at the scene to make their final findings.

Bruce released a statement on the tragic accident, which killed one person. He has since been seen out and about driving a different vehicle.
