For god’s sake why do they put that publicity W***e Nicole Kidman on the show. She never turns down a magazine interview or an Oscars show. And yet her career is in the skids

  • Mercyneal

    Not very big stars.

  • hollywoodganstaa

Ugh, they could of added Jennifer Lawrence, shes funny at least! Sigh.

  • Chris

    yay for Dakota Johnson !

Ben Affleck, Jennifer Aniston, Nicole Kidman, Channing Tatum, Jennifer Lopez, Scarlett Johansson, Chris Evans Cate Blanchett, Matthew McConaughey, Eddie Murphy, Zoe Saldana, Liam Neeson,Shirley MacLaine and Kerry Washington aren’t big stars? Hmph, ok.

I like this list. It’s a good mix of big and upcoming stars.

  • Graham Johnstone

once again Paltrow trying to stay relevant…

  • kellyf

She just had huge success with Paddington, and it looks like she’s got 6 films already finished or currently filming. If she’s not your cup of tea, that’s fine, but saying her career is in the skids is laughably untrue.

  • gradybridges

Since they couldn’t nominate a person of color they try and make up for it by having 14/43 presenters POC. Such a backlash they drag Eddie Murphy/Jennifer Lopez out there to show they don’t have a race problem.

  • kellyf

And don’t forget those nobodies like Reese Witherspoon, Jessica Chastain, Lupita Nyong’o and Benedict Cumberbatch… who has even heard of them? And this Meryl Streep character? are we supposed to know who that d-lister is?

  • lshelton22

    Chastain? LOL.

    Lopez? Lmfao Hollyweird still crazy

  • Maria E. Segura

Seriously, Chris Pratt? Since when he is a huge movie star? He is jsut a movie star but not A-lister

  • Courtney Puzzo

some of them are obvious because they’ve either been nominated or won previously that’s how some of the presenters have always been chosen like for example When Joanne Woodward presented best sound editing in 1962 which went to West Side story granted she had at least won best actress 4 years before not 16 years before like Gwyneth Paltrow
