Bruce Jenner Likely Won't Be Charged in Fatal Car Accident

Bruce Jenner reportedly won’t be charged with vehicular manslaughter following the fatal car crash he was involved in earlier this month.

According to TMZ, odds that the 65-year-old Olympian and reality TV star will face criminal prosecution are about 70/30 right now.

Law enforcement officials tell the site that Bruce was not speeding, was not under the influence, and he wasn’t texting at the time of the accident.

The only counts against him may be that he was following too closely or “driving at a speed that isn’t prudent given driving conditions.”
