Pharrell Williams Denies Copying Marvin Gaye On Robin Thicke's 'Blurred Lines'

Pharrell Williams rocks a cool pair of shades while making an appearance at the Roybal Federal Building on Wednesday (March 4) in Los Angeles.

The 41-year-old singer was joined by Robin Thicke, who was on hand for a court hearing about their song “Blurred Lines.”

In case you were unaware, Pharrell and Robin are being sued by the children of Marvin Gaye for copying parts of his song “Got to Give it Up” in “Blurred Lines.”

“Feel, but not infringement,” Pharrell said in court when asked if he recognized similarities between the two songs. “I must’ve been channeling that feeling, that late-70s feeling.”
